Our commitment to youth empowerment is at the heart of everything we do. Our experienced coaches serve as mentors, guiding participants through their athletic journey while instilling values that extend beyond the field. We understand that many young athletes face challenges that can hinder their participation in sports, which is why we provide our programs at little to no cost. Scholarships are available to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent any child from joining our community.

Through the support and opportunities provided by the Nike MLB RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) program, Guerreros Youth Baseball Club is able to bring its mission to life by creating affordable access to high-level baseball opportunities for underserved youth. RBI helps us provide player development, mentorship, leadership training, and meaningful experiences both on and off the field — empowering the next generation to grow through discipline, teamwork, and community.

In addition to athletic training, we focus on personal development through mentorship and academic support. By fostering a supportive environment, we help youth build confidence and resilience, preparing them for future challenges. Our goal is to create a safe space where young people can thrive, make friends, and develop a sense of belonging. Together, we can build a brighter future for our youth and our communities.
