Building the Future of Girls Baseball

Guerreras Girls Baseball Program

Our Guerreras Girls Baseball Program provides a unique and empowering development pathway for female athletes who love the game and want more opportunities to compete, grow, and succeed.

Players in our program have the opportunity to participate on both coed teams and all-girls teams, competing against boys while also benefiting from an environment designed specifically for female athletes. This dual experience builds confidence, resilience, and advanced game awareness, while allowing players to test their skills in different competitive settings.

The program is designed to complement existing local training routines, not replace them. Athletes can continue with their current teams, coaches, and lessons while using our program as an additional development opportunity that reinforces fundamentals, introduces new perspectives, and accelerates growth.

At the highest level of the program, players work toward the opportunity to compete in premier all-girls national tournaments, including Baseball For All Nationals in the summer and the Leighton Accardo Invitational in the winter. These events represent the pinnacle of girls baseball competition and provide athletes with invaluable exposure and high-level game experience.

In addition, our program helps connect players with individual and collective training opportunities through leading organizations such as USA Baseball, Major League Baseball (MLB), Little League International, and more. These connections further support long-term development, access to elite instruction, and pathways to future opportunities in the game.

Expanding Opportunities for Girls in Baseball

At the heart of our mission is a simple belief: girls should never be limited in their opportunity to play baseball. Our passion extends far beyond our own programs—we are dedicated to building a broader, more collaborative community where every girl has access to the sport she loves.

Across the globe, local opportunities for girls baseball are sprouting up, from neighborhood leagues to regional tournaments. Rather than competing in isolation, we believe organizations should share schedules, open their doors, and work together so that girls can play under any banner, wherever and whenever the chance arises.

We envision a world where a girl facing off as an opponent today could be a teammate tomorrow. This community-first approach encourages camaraderie, sportsmanship, and lifelong friendships, all while growing the sport of baseball for girls.

Our work is informed and inspired by the incredible women who paved the way before us. Trailblazers like Michele McAnany, Shae Sloan, Maybelle Blair, and countless others have shown what is possible when determination meets opportunity. By incorporating the lessons they’ve taught us and creating mentorship opportunities, we aim to empower the next generation of girls to break barriers and redefine the game.

We are committed not just to growing programs, but to fostering a culture where girls’ baseball thrives everywhere, supported by collaboration, mentorship, and an unwavering belief in every girl’s potential.
